Location: Traveling assignment
Overview:
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $90,000 per year, based on experience and location
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
- Evaluate patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized plans of care
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and results
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to discuss patient care and make informed decisions
- Perform administrative tasks, such as updating medical records and communicating with patients and families
Requirements:
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as follow verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records
Working Conditions:
This is a traveling assignment, and the Registered Nurse will be working in various locations. The nurse must be able to adapt quickly to new environments and situations.
