At Smith Arnold Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric assessments and ongoing treatment to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
- Provide ongoing medication monitoring and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care for each client.
- Participate in team conferences and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
- Assist with emergency situations and make immediate referrals as needed.
- Maintain the confidentiality of client information and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
- Experience working in a psychiatric setting and providing mental health services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
