About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodywork Therapist to join our team at Salon Di Panache and Medi Spa. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our clients, ensuring their comfort and relaxation in a serene and calming environment.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus hourly commission based on client bookings.

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual with a strong passion for bodywork and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring your massage techniques to provide a truly personalized experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional massage therapy services to clients, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct consultations with clients to identify their needs and preferences, recommending suitable massage treatments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in massage therapy or related field.
  • Professional certification in massage therapy (e.g., LMT, RMT).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
