  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure that operational protocols are not only effective but also tailored to mitigate risks, thereby ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Technical Expertise: Oversee and deliver technical support for lending and associated electronic delivery systems, including core loan management systems and data processing platforms.
  • Innovative Solutions: Share insights on emerging customer service delivery solutions and relay requirements to technical teams and business partners.
  • Risk Oversight: Establish and uphold policies, procedures, and risk assessments for the loan servicing division to comply with regulatory standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Provide guidance and oversight to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
  • Internal Governance: Develop and sustain internal controls for departmental functions to safeguard our operations and assets.
  • Qualifications:

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    - Prior leadership experience is highly preferred
    - 7+ years of experience in banking operations is preferred
    - IT and/or business analyst experience is desirable
