We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Fellow at Ascension Seton Northwest. As a Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to develop your clinical skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with patient care, including observation and documentation of patient healthcare needs.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, communicating and recording changes in patient condition as necessary.
- Participate in transition to practice programs to develop clinical thinking and enhanced clinical judgment.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing required prior to hire date.
