Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at TalentBurst. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing. You will work independently with minimal on-site supervision and demonstrate excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draw blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner
* Prepare specimens for lab testing
* Maintain required records and documentation
* Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, and employees

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
* Phlebotomy certification preferred
* Minimum of 6 months experience
* One year phlebotomy experience preferred
* Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred
* Keyboard/data entry experience a must

Additional Requirements:

* Candidate must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 or have a medical/religious exemption
* The shift hours are M-Fri 7:00 am-4:00 pm
