Primary Responsibilities:
- Blueprint Interpretation: Analyze technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to grasp the product specifications.
- Component Assembly: Precisely align and fit components as per specifications, utilizing hand and power tools to construct sub-assemblies or complete products.
- Quality Assurance: Examine components for defects and quality concerns prior to assembly. Perform tests and adjustments to confirm that products adhere to quality benchmarks.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces are clean and maintained for optimal performance and safety.
- Record Keeping: Document product and component information as required for production tracking or quality assurance purposes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Recent experience in electromechanical assembly is essential.
- Training or certification in manufacturing or assembly processes is advantageous.
Required Skills:
- Mechanical Understanding: Proficiency in comprehending mechanical processes and assembly methods within the electromechanical field.
- Manual Skills: Competence in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Detail Orientation: Keen ability to identify defects and ensure accurate assembly of components.
- Collaborative Spirit: Capacity to work effectively within a team to achieve production objectives.
- Time Management: Skill in managing time efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Physical Endurance: Capability to stand, lift, and maneuver components during the assembly process.
Available Shifts: Day & Swing
Compensation: $20.00 to $23.10 per hour

We provide flexibility in choosing coverage that meets individual needs. Additionally, associates may qualify for paid leave, including Sick Leave or other mandated paid leave, as well as holiday pay where applicable.
