Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist Assistant to join our team at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist radiologic technologists with patient preparation, imaging procedures, and equipment operation.
  • Verify patient identity and review medical records to ensure appropriateness of exams or procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of radiologic technology training preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and clinical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse patient populations.
  • Ability to lift, stand, and move patients as needed.
