Overview

As a key member of our team, the Administrative Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing units. This individual will assist managers in supervising department activities, provide clinical and administrative support to staff, and represent administration when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist managers in supervising nursing unit and department activities
  • Provide clinical and administrative support to staff
  • Represent administration when needed
  • Oversee patient placement and monitor ED throughput
  • Adjust staffing based on census, acuity, and staffing grids
  • Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
Qualifications
  • Completion of accredited nursing program
  • Currently licensed in the State of practice as a Registered Nurse
  • Three to five years hospital nursing experience
  • BLS and ACLS certification
