About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer/Field Engineer to support our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring project site security and compliance with safety procedures, assisting the Project Superintendent in documenting best management practices, and participating in preconstruction and project startup activities. You will also assist with verifying installations, scheduling manpower and materials, and ensuring timely arrivals to meet project deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in commercial construction.

The salary range for this position is approximately $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous bonus structure and positive company culture with work-life balance. To qualify for this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, and possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze information effectively, and excellent time management skills.
