$SIGN ON BONUS up to $3,000

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Complete our award-winning training program and acquire the skills necessary to manage a pest control service route effectively.
  • Adhere to a route schedule within the designated area, ensuring punctual and safe arrival at each client location.
  • Operate a company vehicle responsibly while maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that fulfill their pest management needs.
  • Act as a problem solver for clients by utilizing the extensive training provided to determine the most effective pest solutions tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Complete all necessary service-related documentation and utilize the handheld device provided for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Be a vital member of the local branch team.

Requirements: A valid driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening are essential. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely utilize a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc., safely.
  • Be able to work in various weather conditions.
