About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at a top healthcare facility in the country. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for mothers and newborns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns, including administering medications, performing vaginal deliveries, and providing postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor fetal heart rates, maternal vital signs, and other critical parameters to identify potential complications and take prompt action.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
  • Strong knowledge of obstetric and neonatal care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
