We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning and maintenance services to our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of tasks related to facilities janitorial and cleaning services, including cleaning and operational services for multiple buildings.
- Prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications and follow directions for chemical cleaners and power equipment use to prevent damage.
- Use hand trucks or other manual methods to transport heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and operate power equipment to buff and clean floors, tile, and grout.
- Maintain supply storage closets in an organized and safe manner and ensure equipment is in a safe and operable condition.
- Perform standard service functions associated with facility moves and relocations, and assist the facilities construction team with installation, improvement, maintenance, and repair operations as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years' experience performing general commercial building cleaning and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience using hand and general maintenance tools and equipment for cleaning or landscaping solutions and detergents.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide audience of facility tenants and work as part of a team and individually to complete multiple and competing tasks.
- Must be able and willing to lift 25 lbs and possess a valid state driver's license.
- Eligibility and willingness for clearance upgrade.
- Prior experience with power tools and general equipment, safety codes, and safety.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $39,000 - $79,000, depending on experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
