Position Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment strategies aimed at enhancing patients' swallowing, cognitive, and communication skills while minimizing risks of aspiration.

The role includes the development of communication enhancement plans that facilitate better understanding for both the patient and their interactions with others.
