NatWest Markets Securities Inc. is seeking a Compliance Assurance Specialist to join our team in this exciting role.

As a Compliance Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our business operations are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of broker dealer regulations and securities products, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

The expected base annual salary range for this position is $145,000 - $175,000. Our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus; medical, dental, and vision plans; life and disability insurance; employee wellness programs; retirement and savings plans with potential employer contributions; generous paid time off policy, parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
