Job Description

Fence Installation Crew Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fence Installation Crew Leader to join our team at SWI Wyoming. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading a team of fence installers and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of fence installers and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:

  • Class A driver's license required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous experience as a foreman on a fence installation crew
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 80-100lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
