IV Infusion Nurse Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IV Infusion Nurse Home Care Specialist to join our team at NurseCore. As a specialist in IV therapy, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer IVIG, SCIG, and other infusion therapies to patients in their homes
- Teach patients and their families about infusion therapy and medication management
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management and self-care
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in infusion nursing
- Home health experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
