Urology Physician Opportunity in Southern California

Compensation and Benefits
- $565,000 base salary
- $60.00 per wRVU production
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
- $15,000 relocation assistance
- $3,000 CME annually
Responsibilities and Facility Details
- Join a team of only 3 urologists covering a large area, with a high volume of patients and cases
- Enjoy a supportive administration and a modern facility with 9 OR suites
- Work a 4-day week with a great work-life balance, and have the opportunity to use a DaVinci robot
- Participate in a call schedule of 7 days per month
- Have access to FNP practice support
Qualifications and Skills
- Board certification or eligibility required within 5 years of training
- General practice experience, with fellowships welcomed
- Focus on quality and patient care, with strong teamwork skills
