Skilled Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Handyman to join our team at Nandail Property Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services to our clients.

• Repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Performing general cleaning and upkeep of properties
• Installing and replacing flooring, stairs, and piping as needed
• Repairing and painting structural elements such as doors, windows, walls, and ceilings
• Managing trash and recycling receptacles throughout facilities
• Providing HVAC services, including servicing and repairing air conditioning and heating systems
• Providing your own tools and reliable transportation to job sites
• Utilizing basic math skills to complete tasks
• Building strong relationships with clients and team members
• Staying organized and effectively addressing challenges
• Upholding high standards in all work

• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may be considered)
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is required
• Reliable transportation is essential
• Flexible availability is crucial
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• A contractor or journeyman license is an advantage
