About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Security Supervisor to lead our security operations team in Washington D.C. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, clients, and visitors, as well as implementing various safety initiatives and enhancements for the firm's office space.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in security operations, with experience in supervising staff and maintaining relationships with local law enforcement and fire protection agencies. They will also be responsible for conducting detailed security risk assessments and producing reports on findings, as well as administering firm policies and procedures related to security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures
  • Conduct regular security risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with building management and security vendors to ensure optimal security equipment and technology performance
  • Provide training and guidance to security staff on security procedures and protocols
  • Participate in the development of emergency response plans and procedures
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
