Job Overview

L & J Technology, Inc. is seeking a skilled MAZAK CNC Machinist Programmer-Operator to enhance our manufacturing capabilities. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package following a probationary period.

Compensation: Hourly wage based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze 2D and 3D technical drawings.
  • Develop CNC programs for new components as required.
  • Create and update setup and instruction documentation for new programming tasks.
  • Operate various CNC MAZAK Mill machines, including part loading and control operation.
  • Adhere to established machining processes and documented protocols.
  • Comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Read and comprehend shop job drawings effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine in use.
  • Ensure a tidy work environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing in English.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CNC milling programming and operation.
  • Availability to work from 7 am to 4 pm, with potential overtime.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with Saturday work as necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Possession of personal tools and toolbox is preferred.
