About the Role

This is an important, resident-facing role at Invitation Homes with daily interaction with our customers. You'll be assigned a company vehicle and will travel between homes in a geographic region, delivering timely and professional maintenance service to residents.

Responsibilities
  • Promptly and professionally complete maintenance service requests across multiple trade categories (e.g., electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior structural, HVAC (minor), and appliances)
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience for all residents
  • Complete ProCare visits throughout resident's lease term to perform proactive maintenance and repairs in order to reduce future reactive maintenance service requests
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related experience is required
  • Broad knowledge of residential construction and mechanical systems and ability to perform general residential maintenance work
  • Knowledge and experience making repairs in the following: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior structural, HVAC (minor) and appliances
