Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Leadership Professional to join our team as a Retail Store Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a BestDrive retail location, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and grow the business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and direct their team, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee store operations, supervise employees, and manage inventory
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
  • Maintain a high level of financial integrity and protect company assets
  • Recruit, train, develop, and motivate employees to achieve exceptional results

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in tire industry with 2-5 years of management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
