Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Maintenance Manager to lead our site team and ensure customer satisfaction and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals, reporting to our Regional Manager, and collaborating with customer leadership to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe work environment that aligns with our company values
  • Lead the site team, managing employee performance and development
  • Lead with our company culture and manage the business with customer vision
  • Add value to the customer by aligning maintenance goals with their production and business objectives
  • Communicate frequently with our leadership team
  • Design, implement, and execute site-level maintenance plans
  • Manage the financial performance of the site to attain objectives
  • Manage maintenance parts procurement and storeroom functions
  • Analyze and report maintenance key performance indicators, including analysis for root cause and corrective action
  • Manage outsourced contracts as defined in the site agreement
  • Eliminate waste through LEAN methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous history of improving processes, creating savings, and adding value
  • Ability to successfully build and lead a team
  • Previous experience in continuous improvement methodology, TPM, and Six Sigma is highly desirable
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and CMMS software
  • Evidence of continuing education and involvement with professional organizations preferred
