This Regional Class A Driver position at EFitz Logistics offers a unique combination of work-life balance and career advancement opportunities. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the region safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Class A license and at least 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 2 years. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive a Class A tractor-trailer to transport goods across the region safely and efficiently.
  2. Manage the loading and unloading of freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
  3. Maintain accurate records of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
  4. Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
  5. Participate in employee orientation and training programs as required.
  6. Collaborate with dispatch and other team members to coordinate deliveries.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pet and Passenger policy.
  • Up to $2,000 401(k) Match Available.
  • New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 paid in full on second paycheck.
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000 -$1,000 on second paycheck; $1,000 at 60 days and $1,000 at 120 days.
  • Stop pay: $50 per stop .
  • Delay pay: $25 per hour .
  • Scheduled Wage Increases for up to 20 Years Experience.
  • Paid Orientation/Training.
