Logistics Coordinator

The Delivery Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately checked against quality benchmarks and delivered to clients in a safe and respectful manner. This position requires collaboration within a team and flexibility to assist with various tasks as necessary. Adhering to uniform and appearance guidelines, along with compliance to local regulations, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-delivery vehicle checks and become familiar with the delivery routes. Verify order accuracy and follow established delivery protocols. Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor. Support other operational tasks and foster a cooperative team environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues by being punctual, assisting in different areas, and completing closing responsibilities. Ensure a tidy and organized workspace while following safety protocols at all times. Enhance sales opportunities by recommending additional products to customers.
• Manage order documentation and payments accurately, handle cash transactions, and utilize the FOCUS System proficiently. Contribute to the company’s positive image by adhering to uniform standards and promoting a welcoming atmosphere. Exhibit strong communication skills and maintain high organizational standards.

Essential Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred. A valid driver's license, insurance, and a dependable vehicle are required. Strong skills in cash handling, organization, and communication are essential.
