Job Summary

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will make our residents feel at home, while your attention to detail will ensure that every meal is a success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and direct guests to their tables, ensuring a prompt and courteous service.
  • Food Service: Assist with food preparation, presentation, and serving, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient service, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and assist in training new team members.
  • Emergency Procedures: Be prepared to respond to emergency situations, such as fires or other incidents, and assist in evacuating guests to safety.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Willingness to work collaboratively with others, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in all aspects of food service.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, operate a point-of-sale system, and perform basic math calculations.
