Job Summary:

The Physician will provide high-quality patient care and medical services to patients within the scope of their licensing, training, and credentialing. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree (D.O.) and hold a valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia. Board Eligible or Board Certified is preferred. The Physician will participate in on-call duties and actively engage in meetings and committees. The successful candidate will practice medicine within the current scope of national patient safety goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to the medical needs of all patients by performing patient care activities to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a Physician.
• Assist in generating adequate practice volume.
• Participate in on-call duties and actively engage in meetings and committees.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree (D.O.).
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified preferred.
• Valid DEA certificate without restriction.
• Experience in outpatient medical practice preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Must be computer literate.
