**Job Summary:**

As a Fulfillment Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops, you will be responsible for performing multiple functions within the back room of the retail store. These functions include receiving merchandise, inspecting merchandise, filling orders, sorting and packing merchandise for shipment, and applying designated labels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Sort merchandise into order groupings and pack merchandise using proper containers, cartons, or packaging for shipment
* Perform multiple functions within the back room of the retail store
* Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy
* Fill orders and prepare merchandise for shipment
* Apply designated labels to merchandise
