As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Project Management team to facilitate the successful execution of projects. Your involvement will span from the initial concept design to the final commissioning and acceptance at the client's location.

Specific tasks you will undertake include:

  • Establishing project foundations: Setting budgets, timelines, and identifying open issues
  • Preparing for meetings: Organizing schedules and updating on open issues
  • Participating in weekly mechanical design review sessions
  • Overseeing the release of engineering designs
  • Tracking and maintaining project timelines
  • Engaging in financial review processes
  • Contributing to both internal and external acceptance processes

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Project Coordinator role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in one of the following areas:
    • Hands-on mechanical assembly
    • Mechanical design
    • Engineering
    • Education in a relevant field related to manufacturing or mechanical design
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a capacity to effectively collaborate with individuals from diverse disciplines
