Resort Receptionist

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Flex Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott Austin North. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

As a Flex Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and responding to inquiries. You will also be responsible for managing room assignments, resolving issues, and ensuring that all hotel services are running smoothly.

• Provide excellent guest service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience
• Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving issues
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve problems promptly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and financial transactions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
• A positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
• The ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary range of $38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience.
