Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and backgrounds, providing individualized speech and language therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices to promote student progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support for student success.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, including IEPs and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
