Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients with cardiovascular conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage invasive hemodynamic monitoring, vents, and inotropes
- Participate in the management of post-operative complex congenital cardiac patients
- Utilize advanced life support skills, including ECMO, CRRT, and Berlin Hearts
- 2-5 years of experience in Pediatric Cardiac ICU
- Strong knowledge of invasive hemodynamic monitoring and vent management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
