As a Senior Parent Advocate Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supervising and supporting Parent Advocates who work with families affected by foster care.
Job Responsibilities:- Casework Supervision: Assign cases to Parent Advocates and provide regular supervision to ensure effective engagement with families.
- Relationship Building: Assist Parent Advocates in building relationships with parents, facilitating communication, and promoting reunification.
- Case Planning: Collaborate with case planners to develop service plans that meet the needs of families.
Requirements:
- Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience considered
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse populations
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in child welfare or a related field
Compensation:
$65,000 - $73,000 per year (dependent on qualifications)
