Job Responsibilities:
  • Casework Supervision: Assign cases to Parent Advocates and provide regular supervision to ensure effective engagement with families.
  • Relationship Building: Assist Parent Advocates in building relationships with parents, facilitating communication, and promoting reunification.
  • Case Planning: Collaborate with case planners to develop service plans that meet the needs of families.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience considered
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse populations
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prior experience in child welfare or a related field

Compensation:

$65,000 - $73,000 per year (dependent on qualifications)
