Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dispatch / Customer Service Rep to join our team. As a Dispatch / Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for coordinating with our service technicians to ensure our customers are taken care of and fully satisfied. You will focus on maximizing scheduling efficiency while keeping our customers happy and confident in working with us.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maximize scheduling efficiency
  • Determine customer needs and assign technicians accordingly
  • Review invoices and engage in follow-up calls with customers
Requirements
  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent
  • Foundational knowledge about computers
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation
  • Excellent customer service skills
