Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all retail operations, including catering services.
  • Inspire, coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff and supervisors.
  • Engage with customers, hospital personnel, and visitors to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and maintain POS systems.
  • Handle vendor relationships and ensure compliance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven management experience in the food service sector (restaurants, catering, hospitality, hotels, etc.).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations.
