We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Jireh Semiconductor, a leading wafer fabrication facility in Hillsboro, OR.
About the RoleThis is a key position responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance and uptime in our CMP department. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain equipment specifications and procedures.
- Develop and execute corrective maintenance plans for equipment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize work and ensure alignment with production goals.
- Develop and implement training programs for technicians on area equipment.
- Participate in the selection process for technician hiring, transfers, and cross-training.
- Oversee equipment relocation and installations.
- 5 years of experience in fab maintenance or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong technical capability, ability to troubleshoot system problems to board level required, component level preferred.
- Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, and standard engineering practices.
- Experience with AMAT Mirra Polishers and LAM Ontrak Scrubbers a plus.
