- Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and overall wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinic policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.
- Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physical therapy license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of physical therapy principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
