Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise radiation treatment plans for cancer patients using advanced technology and software. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

We are looking for a Dosimetrist who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Create accurate and personalized radiation treatment plans for patients with various types of cancers
  • Use advanced software and technology to plan and deliver radiation therapy treatments
  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient treatment plans and progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
  • Certificate of completion from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Dosimetrist in the state of Mississippi
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in radiation oncology or a related field
