Key Responsibilities
  1. Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
  2. Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, including theft, vandalism, disturbances, accidents, and other security breaches.
  3. Public Area Monitoring: Monitor public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, noise violations, overcrowding, or large gatherings, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  4. Access Control: Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of visitors and vendors, ensuring they have the necessary clearance and escort.
  5. Communication: Maintain open and frequent communication with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless coordination and response to security incidents.
  6. Reporting and Documentation: Investigate and document accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, and fire hazards, and other security-related situations on a nightly basis.
  7. Team Support: Provide assistance to team members as needed, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Language Proficiency: Possess proficient English language skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
