Creative Va is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-level customer service and support to internal and external customers throughout the sales process

* Coordinate all sales activities related to product and service offerings, ensuring total customer satisfaction

* Manage customer service coordination from project initiation through invoicing, serving as a secondary point of contact during and after close of sale

* Ensure accuracy of pricing, contract terms, and other information

* Provide pricing quotes to customers, assist with bid pricing, and expedite orders

* Communicate effectively with clients on order status, updates, delivery, and scheduling of product

* Coordinate scheduling when a Project Manager has not been assigned

* Manage customer invoicing, AIA, and phase billing

* Collaborate with account management in assembling and creating presentations

**Requirements:**

* A minimum of 3 years of sales coordination support, project coordination support, and/or purchasing experience required; furniture industry experience desirable

* High-school diploma or GED; 4-year college a plus; a combination of education and experience will be considered

* Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Strong aptitude for technology, Excel proficiency, and ability to research product on the web

* Excellent math skills, communication skills, and attention to detail

* Ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines
