Job Summary

As a Patient Care Technician at U.S. Renal Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with renal failure. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse, you will work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver safe, comfortable, and effective dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including gathering vital signs, initiating treatment, and monitoring patients during treatment.
  • Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, clean and disinfect machines after treatment, and conduct machine safety checks and log results for quality control.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws and regulations.
  • Participate in all required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
