Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Programs: Create and administer treatment programs tailored to each patient's needs, under the direction of our physicians.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document and record patients' conditions, progress, and treatment plans.
  • Patient Education and Family Support: Educate patients and their families on appropriate therapy methods and techniques.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist college or university.
  • Licensure and Certification: Valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.
  • Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in long-term care and/or geriatric care.
