About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Checkers & Rally's. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests and maintain a positive and productive work environment for our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including sales, profits, and guest satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and coaching employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial data and develop plans to improve sales and profits, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has a positive experience, including providing excellent customer service, managing guest complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including food safety, labor laws, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
  • Experience: Over 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Skills: Basic math skills, Microsoft Office, and general systems experience
  • Personal Qualities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours, high energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment, and commitment to our core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow
