Key Responsibilities:
• Execute contract maintenance visits, inspections, site assessments, and service requests for commercial, industrial, and institutional markets
• Recommend necessary upgrades or repairs to prolong equipment life cycle
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective communication
• Provide quote estimates for labor and material repairs and upgrades as needed
• Represent the company by servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional markets
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, natural gas, and electrical systems
• Ability to work on call nights and weekends on a rotating basis
