About The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of inbound goods to ensure they meet our quality and authenticity standards.
  • Collaborate with our training and development team to identify and execute training and communication programs.
  • Communicate knowledge, process, and skill gaps to our teams and stakeholders.
  • Uphold and maintain our company brand standards.
  • Collaborate with our QC and Training Lead and Outbound team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Validate SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and develop a positive culture of learning, improvement, and total quality management.
  • Complete attribution and quality checks for drop ship inventory items.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of QC metrics (e.g., pass vs. fail, % of errors, Parcels vs. Units per hour).
  • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of functional areas to be audited.
  • Ability to work well independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with very strong attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of auditing people, processes, and areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $19.45-$30. To determine starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay, and benefits.
