- Validate SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and develop a positive culture of learning, improvement, and total quality management.
- Complete attribution and quality checks for drop ship inventory items.
- Basic understanding of QC metrics (e.g., pass vs. fail, % of errors, Parcels vs. Units per hour).
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of functional areas to be audited.
- Ability to work well independently and take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and deadlines.
- Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with very strong attention to detail.
- Proven track record of auditing people, processes, and areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Google Forms.
- Hourly base pay + incentive pay based on performance/quota targets achieved.
- $50 in monthly food credits to apply to snacks and meals that are available for purchase on site.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $19.45-$30. To determine starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay, and benefits.
