We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at BHI Energy. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will provide technical direction and expertise to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead safety efforts for the team and ensure compliance with safety rules and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement quality monitoring and improvement processes on projects.
  • Provide technical direction and expertise to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Supervise less experienced engineers and technical support personnel on projects.
  • Lead technical training and make informed decisions based on state-of-the-art technology issues.
  • Provide leadership of marketing, sales, and business development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 8-11 years' of related experience.
  • Ohio Professional Engineer (PE) license; or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
