Job Description
  • We are seeking an exceptional Service Advisor to oversee service orders and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to manage others effectively.
  • The successful candidate will take ownership of the customer's experience by providing prompt, courteous, and effective service. This includes carrying out additional assignments that allow us to leave a positive impression on our customers.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service by overseeing service orders and managing the flow of the Drive Lane.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person.
  • Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards by distributing work between technicians efficiently.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
  • Oversee administration of warranty claims and supervise the training of the service department.
