- The successful candidate will take ownership of the customer's experience by providing prompt, courteous, and effective service. This includes carrying out additional assignments that allow us to leave a positive impression on our customers.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service by overseeing service orders and managing the flow of the Drive Lane.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person.
- Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards by distributing work between technicians efficiently.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
- Oversee administration of warranty claims and supervise the training of the service department.
