Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism and Behavioral Disorders. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential social skills, communication skills, and manage repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement behavior change plans
- Document child progress and milestones
- Provide individualized support to children with Autism and Behavioral Disorders
- RBT Certification
- Passion for working with children with special needs
- Strong communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Completed a minimum of 12 semester hours (or equivalent) of college coursework and currently be enrolled in course of study leading to an associate's or bachelor's degree (psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences, human development or related fields); or have completed a minimum of 48 semester hours (or equivalent) of college coursework
