About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Project Manager to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the engineering and design of facility and building systems for Data Centers and other Critical Facilities Projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of project management, including design, quality control, staffing, budget management, and project delivery.
  • Client Interface: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, champion design reports, and facilitate client meetings and presentations.
  • Financial Management: Track project costs, financial forecasts, and expenses to ensure they fall within the prescribed budget.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction, monitor effectiveness, and offer leadership to project teams.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing business development for new and future projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: Hands-on experience managing Data Centers/Critical Facilities Design Projects, with a strong understanding of the design process for building systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Certifications: P.E. license or AIA certification, with PMP certification a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
